I am keen to do community or charity events, so please make contact if you think any of my sessions would benefit any one or any groups who would not be in a position to pay for mindfulness, mediation or qigong.

My holistic approach empowers participants to find happiness and emotional balance. Whether working with individuals or groups, I can provide tailored sessions in-person, online, in community or corporate settings, ensuring accessible and transformative support for all.
