What I Offer

  • Mindfulness Now & Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) — evidence‑based eight week courses for stress, anxiety, and resilience.
  • Qigong — gentle, flowing movement for energy, grounding, balance, clarity and calmness.
  • Wellness for Blokes — practical, stigma‑free wellness for men.
  • Wellness Coaching
  • Workplace Wellness — Mindfulness Now, MBSR and mindfulness programmes with proven results.

I have recently trained as a grief first aider and am undertaking a grief coaching course, more details on how I will offer these skills soon.

Why Mindful Being?

Because wellness shouldn’t feel alternative, awkward, exclusive, or mystical. It should feel humanpractical, and doable.

I am keen to do community or charity events, so please make contact if you think any of my sessions would benefit any one or any groups who would not be in a position to pay for mindfulness, mediation or qigong.

My holistic approach empowers participants to find happiness and emotional balance. Whether working with individuals or groups, I can provide tailored sessions in-person, online, in community or corporate settings, ensuring accessible and transformative support for all.
