🌅 30-Minute Pre‑Work Qigong

Shibashi Set One is one of the most widely practised Qigong sequences in the world — gentle, flowing, and deeply supportive for both body and mind. Across 7 weeks, you’ll learn the full set with time to explore each movement in detail.
