There’s something uniquely grounding about practising Qigong beside the water. The sound of the waves, the open sky, the salt in the air — everything invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Qigong on the Beach is a gentle, accessible session suitable for all ages and all bodies. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to pause.
Where We Meet
We practise on East Preston Beach, between the red boat and the Salt Café. Sessions are tide and weather dependent, so times may shift slightly to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Cost
Sessions are free of charge. Donations are welcome if you feel moved to offer something.
