Qigong Tuesdays is your weekly invitation to slow down, soften, and nourish your body and mind. Whether you’re completely new or already exploring mindful movement, you’ll find a class that meets you exactly where you are.

Every session is designed to be accessible, calming, and deeply restorative — helping you build strength, balance, and inner ease through simple, flowing movements.

🌱 Qigong for All (Ongoing Weekly Session)

Experience the transformative power of Shibashi Qigong

A welcoming, accessible guided session suitable for every age, every ability, and every body.

This session focuses on slow, mindful movement and breathwork to support mobility, balance, and relaxation as we work through Shibashi Qigong Set One. Ideal if you want a regular, grounding practice.

Cultivate harmony in body and mind.

No experience needed. Bring a curious mindset.

🌿 4‑Week Qigong Taster Course

Curious about Qigong but not sure where to begin? This gentle 4‑week introduction gives you a solid foundation in movement, breath, and mindful awareness.

You’ll learn:

  • The basics of Shibashi Qigong Set One
  • Simple sequences you can practise at home
  • How to use breath to calm the nervous system
  • How Qigong supports long‑term wellbeing

A perfect starting point for beginners.

Starts Tuesday 17 March, 3.00 – 3.45pm, Holistic Hub, £22

🌬️ Learn Shibashi Qigong Set 1

A beautiful, flowing 18‑movement Qigong sequence practised around the world.

In this 7 week course, you’ll learn:

  • Be guided through the full set each week
  • Deep dive into each movement step‑by‑step
  • How to coordinate breath and flow
  • How Shibashi supports relaxation, balance, and energy

By the end, you’ll feel confident practising the full set on your own.

Starts Tuesday 17 March, 5 – 6.15pm, Holistic Hub, £10/session £55 full course if paid in advance.
