What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a simple, practical way to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control — even when life feels messy. It’s not about clearing your mind or sitting still for hours. It’s about learning how to respond to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with more ease and less struggle.

You don’t need any experience. You don’t need fancy gear. You just need to show up — as you are.

Why This Course?

Right now, many people are feeling stretched. Money’s tight. Worries are rising. Stress is becoming part of everyday life.

This course is designed for real people with real lives. It gives you evidence-based tools to support your mental health, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing — gently, practically, and without pressure.

Most 8-week mindfulness courses cost between £200 and £500 — and many are only offered online. That puts wellbeing out of reach for far too many people.

I believe mental wellness should be accessible to everyone.

So, I’m offering this course for: 🎟️ £30 total

— just £3.75 a week for the full 8-week programme. No strings attached. No hidden fees.

If you feel the course is worth more — and you’re able to — you’re welcome to donate extra. If you can’t or don’t want to, that’s absolutely OK.

Community Support Option

If 12 people book, I’ll open two free places for anyone who genuinely can’t afford the £30. Just message or email me privately — no judgement, no questions asked.
