What is the Mindfulness Now Programme?
The Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life.

What Does the Programme Involve?
- 8 weekly sessions (2 hours each)
- Home practice per day (approx. 20–30 minutes)
- A mix of guided mindfulness practices, gentle movement, group reflection and learning
- Optional one-to-one support
What’s Expected of You?
Just your willingness to take part and be curious.
The next corse will run from Tuesday 20 January, 2026. Holistic Hub, Littlehampton, 18.30 to 20.30 each session.
Most 8‑week mindfulness courses cost between £250 and £500 — and many are only offered online. Right now, that puts wellbeing out of reach for far too many people.
I don’t believe cost should ever be a barrier to mental health or personal growth.
So, I’m offering this course for an accessible price:
£30 total (non‑refundable). That’s just £3.75 a week for the full 8‑week programme. No strings attached.
If you feel the course is worth more — and you’re able to — you’re welcome to donate extra (either weekly or at the end). If you can’t or don’t want to, that is absolutely OK.
Community Support Option:
If 12 people book, I’ll open two free places for anyone who genuinely can’t afford the £30. Just message or email me privately — no judgement, no questions asked.
