What is the Mindfulness Now Programme?

The Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life.

What Does the Programme Involve?

  • 8 weekly sessions (2 hours each)
  • Home practice per day (approx. 20–30 minutes)
  • A mix of guided mindfulness practices, gentle movement, group reflection and learning
  • Optional one-to-one support

What’s Expected of You?

Just your willingness to take part and be curious.

The next corse will run from Tuesday 24 March , 2026. Holistic Hub, Littlehampton, 19.00 to 20.30 each session.

Most 8‑week mindfulness courses cost between £250 and £500 — and many are only offered online. Right now, that puts wellbeing out of reach for far too many people.

I don’t believe cost should ever be a barrier to mental health or personal growth.

So, I’m offering this course for an accessible price:

£50 total (non‑refundable). That’s just than £6.25 a week for the full 8‑week programme. No strings attached.

If you feel the course is worth more — and you’re able to — you’re welcome to donate extra (either weekly or at the end). If you can’t or don’t want to, that is absolutely OK.

If 8 people book, I’ll open two free places for anyone who genuinely can’t afford the £50. Just message or email me privately — no judgement, no questions asked.
