What to Expect:

no pressure, no perfection
💬 Open Reflection & Discussion: Share, listen, or simply be. All voices welcome.

You will find a relaxed, calm, welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be gently guided through techniques that support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.

Meditation isn’t about escaping life—it’s about meeting it with breath, backbone, and a bit of rebellion. Whether you’re new to meditation or just need a reset, this session offers a safe, stigma-free space to reconnect.

I’ll provide the white tea, please bring your own cup. Come as you are. Leave with tools that work.
