The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it.
Your brain deserves a cuddle. Join our 8-week mindfulness course—zero judgment, just gentle vibes. We’ll laugh, breathe, maybe cry a little (in a good way), and learn how to face stress with kindness.
Because you matter. And your peace? Totally non-negotiable.
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offers a well-founded, evidence-based introduction to mindfulness and compassion, spanning eight weeks. Rooted in the renowned Jon Kabat-Zinn MBSR training, the course equips participants with practical tools to navigate stress, anxiety, and pain. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to attend a half-day retreat, allowing for deeper engagement in mindfulness practices.
You’ll acquire practical tools and techniques while exploring the theory and neuroscience behind mindfulness. Through mindfulness practices and engaging group discussions, you’ll deepen your understanding and cultivate a more mindful approach to daily life.
4 practices
We will explore the mind-body connection, mindful movement, breath awareness and loving kindness practices, which will also be provided as MP3’s.
